Chia Seed Pudding
Chia Seeds (a plant based protein) are one of the best source of Omega 3 , Omega 6 fatty acids , antioxidants , fiber , magnesium and potassium. This recipe will end all your sweet cravings without any guilt. With minimum prep required, this recipe is ideal for quick sweet bite
- 6 tsp chia seeds
- 2 cup unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract adjust based on your taste
- 1 tsp Sweetener adjust based on your taste
In a bowl mix chia seeds,milk,vanilla extract and sweeter. Let it sit for 5 mins.
Give it another stir/shake to break up any lumps, cover and put the mixture in the fridge to set up for 1-2 hours/ overnight.
Next day top the pudding with your favourite fruits(if not on Keto) and enjoy!!
