Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil / butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 4 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a pan and place it over low heat. 

  2. Stir continuously till consistency is achieved.

  3. Serve with coconut milk/cream.
