Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp clarrified butter
  • 4 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp nuts almond/walnuts
  • 1 tbsp flax seed meal
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat pan on medium flame.

  2. Add 2 tbsp. clarified butter, once the butter melts , add nuts.

  3. Saute for a minute , then add coconut flour and stir continuously  .

  4. Once mixture turns golden brown turn off the heat.

  5. Add remaining 2 tbsp of clarrified butter and put the mixture in freezer for 10-15 mins.
  6. Add flax seed meal and start making small balls with hand.

  7. Once done, roll the balls in hemp seeds to make a layer outside.

  8. Keep the balls in the freezer until you want to eat them.
