
Coconut Fat bombs
Quick and easy to make coconut fat balls for quick enerygy/snacks
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp clarrified butter
- 4 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp nuts almond/walnuts
- 1 tbsp flax seed meal
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
Instructions

Heat pan on medium flame.

Add 2 tbsp. clarified butter, once the butter melts , add nuts.

Saute for a minute , then add coconut flour and stir continuously .

Once mixture turns golden brown turn off the heat.

Add remaining 2 tbsp of clarrified butter and put the mixture in freezer for 10-15 mins.

Add flax seed meal and start making small balls with hand.

Once done, roll the balls in hemp seeds to make a layer outside.

Keep the balls in the freezer until you want to eat them.
