Crunchy Coconut Cakes
Add a cruch to your snack time with super crunchy , supar healthy coconut cakes. Best eaten with coffee or evening tea and hoing that it rains outside.
- 4 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Salt according to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper according to taste
- 1 tsp paprika according to taste
- 1 tsp baking powder
Wisk the egg thoroughly in separate bowl .
Add egg and olive oil with dry mixture properly.
Make small balls of mixture.
If it’s too sticky tap balls with hand on hot pan or you can directly put on panini press.
Serve hot with ranch.
