Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Salt according to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper according to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika according to taste
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix coconut powder, salt, pepper, paprika ,baking powder in a bowl.

  2. Wisk the egg thoroughly in separate bowl .

  3. Add egg and olive oil with dry mixture properly.
  4. Make small balls of mixture.
  5. If it’s too sticky tap balls with hand on hot pan or you can directly put on panini press.
  6. Serve hot with ranch.
