Did you guys grow up eating French toast? It wasn’t something that my mom usually made at home, but when we went out for breakfast, French toast would be my number one choice

When you start eating low carb and keto you automatically think you have to cut out bread. You don’t!!!
French toast is an extremely popular breakfast choice for many people who like to alternate the standard recipes and make them ketonised.

This spicy Savoury French toast is nothing like the super sweet French toast of my childhood.

Ever since I made this crispy french toast I’ve been on a savoury French toast kick. There’s just something that makes so much sense about bread and eggs being savoury. I always have a hard time deciding between sweet and savoury breakfasts, but these days I’m definitely leaning towards savoury

If you’re looking for something with a bit more flavor, this might be the breakfast for you. It has crisp edges and slightly spicy eggy insides. It’s fast, fresh and delicious!
