- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 5 tbsp ground psyllium husk powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp lemon
- 1 cup warm water
- 3 egg whites or whole eggs
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
While whisking the ingredients add warm water, vinegar and egg white. Do not whisk for more than 35 sec.
Put the batter in oven at 350 degree F for 50-60 mins.
