Creamy Parmesan Spinach
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 Onion shallot
- 10 ounce Fresh Spinach
- 3 ounce Cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese of your choice
Heat a skillet on medium heat, add butter , onion and stir for 3 mins.
Now add half spinach and cook for 2 minutes, now add another half for 2 minutes.
Add cream cheese,garlic powder,pepper and salt until cheese is melted.
