Early Morning –
Water Alternatives:-
- A glass warm water.
- Green tea with lemon and honey .
- 1 glass of warm water with 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar(have it with straw).
- 1 glass of warm water with 1 tsp of MCT oil.
- Oregano/Mint/ginger tea with lemon.
Drinking above things , empty stomach in morning will help kick start your morning by cleansing / detox your system of all impurities.
Tea Alternates:-
- Black Tea
- Black Tea with full cream/whipping cream/malai (no milk)
- Black Coffee
- Black Coffee with full cream/whipping cream/malai (no milk)
- Black Coffee with butter+full cream/whipping cream/malai (no milk)
Since whipping cream is mostly healthy fat, it will not be gastric to your system.
Breakfast –
- Over night soaked oats+chia/subja seeds with Almond Milk
- Smoothie (banana/ berries / beetroot)
- Egg (half fry,boiled,omlete)
- Sandwich (with multigrain bread avoid white bread)

Lunch –
- Dal/pulses /Chicken (Basically protein)
- Vegetables can be – broccoli / cauliflower / spinach / Methi / any green vegetable cooked in clarified butter/olive oil/coconut oil. (Vitamins/Fiber)
- Non flavored yogurt/curd.
- Salads(Spinach/tomato/cucumber/lettuce with lemon)
- For Fiber (Quinoa/brown rice/whole wheat chapatti/barley(multigrain)
Snacks –
- Fruits.
- Chia seed pudding.
- Coconut pinni.
Dinner –
- Soups( Spinach/chicken /tomato/onion/pulses)
- Salads(Spinach/tomato/cucumber/lettuce with lemon).
