Wash cauliflower and break into small florets.
Steam cauliflower (in covered box with some gap for steam ) in microwave for 5 mins until tender and easily pierced with a fork.
In high speed blender / food processor, puree cauliflower.
After this add cocoa powder, sweetner ,vanilla extract , salt and heavy cream.
Again start the blender until everything blend together smoothly.
Pour into serving bowls and refrigerate for around 3 hours
Enjoy guilt free desset.
