Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted peanut
  • 1 tbsp sweetener based on taste you can increase
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Grind peanuts in food processor finely

  2. Now add melted butter , egg

  3. Once all ingredients are mixed add baking powder(as baking powder helps to rise the dough under heat) and again blend everything together in food processor

  4. Preheat oven on 350 degree F

  5. Divide cookie daugh into equal size 6 cookie balls and press little bit in between.

  6. Bake for 10 mins, after this let it cool for 10 mins

  7. Now serve with a scoop of heavy whipping cream or just directly into your mouth.
