  • 6 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 cup unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract adjust based on your taste
  • 1 tsp Sweetener adjust based on your taste


  1. In a bowl mix chia seeds,milk,vanilla extract and sweeter. Let it sit for 5 mins.

  2. Give it another stir/shake to break up any lumps, cover and put the mixture in the fridge to set up for 1-2 hours/ overnight.

  3. Next day top the pudding with your favourite fruits(if not on Keto) and enjoy!!
