  • 1 tsp Coffee or as needed
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter or as needed
  • 15 ml heavy whipping cream or as needed
  • 1/2 tsp sweetener of your choice or as needed
  • 2 tsp MCT oil or as needed
  • 1/4 cup hot water or as needed


  1. Put coffee ,butter and MCT oil/coconut oil in a mug. Add Boiling water over this.

    (You can replace butter and MCT oil with clarified butter).

  2. Allow few mins for the butter to melt and coffee to dissolve.

  3. Whip cream seperately untill peaks are formed.
  4. Add whipped cream in coffee.

  5. Enjoy powerful coffee!!!
