Quick and easy to make coconut fat balls for quick enerygy/snacks
Heat pan on medium flame.
Add 2 tbsp. clarified butter, once the butter melts , add nuts.
Saute for a minute , then add coconut flour and stir continuously .
Once mixture turns golden brown turn off the heat.
Add flax seed meal and start making small balls with hand.
Once done, roll the balls in hemp seeds to make a layer outside.
Keep the balls in the freezer until you want to eat them.
